Pre-Kindergarten
Students must be four years of age by September 1, 2026, and must have finished toilet training to be eligible. Our childcare license limits preschool/Pre-K class sizes to 10 students.

Application and Registration Fees
Application Fee:
$10 for returning families/ $20 for new families
Registration Fees:
Paid in the school office. Cash, check, or bill to your existing FACTS account.
Outdoor school has an additional fee.
School-endorsed travel:
Interstate and international travel is paid for by parents.
Registration Fee :
1 Student is $ 450 ($100 of the fee goes to sweater/sweater vest, field trip shirt, curriculum)
2 or more students is $ 900 + $ 100 per student after 2 students
Before Care/After Care
- After care is pre-paid at a daily rate of $23 and a one-time registration fee of $25.
- After care is available Monday-Friday, 3 pm – 6 pm, when school is in session.
- After care is not available for drop-in care.
- After care is not available on teacher in-service or parent-teacher conferences days.

Other Notes
- Tuition may be paid annually, by semester, or on a 10-month plan, however if a student is enrolled for part of a semester the account is charged for the whole semester. Tuition will not be prorated.
- Tuition discounts for: 2 students is 4% of the total tuition, 3 students 8% of the total tuition, and 4+ students 15% of the total tuition.
- One discount per family. No discount for families receiving financial aid.
- All financial aid applications will be processed through FACTS financial aid program; applications for financial aid are subject to a mandatory deadline of May 15, 2026.
- Financial Aid Applications are available beginning February 1, 2026.
- Currently enrolled families must submit applications by February 28, 2026.
- Make sure to have copies of your 2024 tax return and W-2 for both parents (uploaded at the time of application).
- $45 Grant & Aid Application fee due upon submission. This fee is paid directly to FACTS.
- All past due accounts must be paid in full before July 1, 2026, for reentry in September. Any other arrangements must be made with the pastor.
- Payments accepted by payment plan, check, or cash.
- All accounts for existing families are required to be current as a condition of registration, financial aid, and reenrollment for the 2026/27 academic year.
Many of our families receive tuition/scholarship assistance. Funds are limited. Requests are considered by family size and income level. Aid is granted at 50% or less. All prior accounts must be current to apply for assistance. Financial Aid Applications are due by May 15, 2026.
